Stand up paddle SUP combines the best of two familiar water sports, namely surfing and kayaking, but where surfing and kayaking can be demanding and take time to learn, SUP is easy to go to, so you can get started right away, and they most people can join, young or old, experienced or inexperienced.

Paddleboards can be rented in the shop and cost DKK 125 for one hour and DKK 200 for two hours.
You must be 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult. You must be able to swim.
